This software is licensed for use by one person on one computer. It cannot be resold or transferred to another person. Upon installation, after a 14 day period, the software will shut down unless it has been registered. Registration is done by email or telephone according to instructions provided with the software. A unique unlock code is required for each software installation to activate it.

You can purchase a license to use the software on a second computer for a small fee. If you use a laptop or other 'second' computer for your work, you can activate the software on that second computer for a one-time $40 fee. This is not a license for another person to use the software. This additional license is to allow the original purchaser the ability to use the software on a second computer.

The software registration lasts for 1 year. Near the end of the year (after 11 months) the software will give you a warning about the upcoming registration deadline. It will also give you a warning each day of the last week of the year. During that time you should re-register. The yearly registration fee is $59. For that fee, you receive technical support for the upcoming year and a CD containing an update to the latest version 5 release. You can also receive any V5 updates via Internet download during the course of the year.
