What are the most significant changes in version 5?

1. The software has been completely rewritten with a more refined user interface to make it simpler to use. For example, all the steps to analysis a test and create a report can be chosen from one set of menus.

2. There are now multiple Recommendation Guides included in the software. At the right, you can see three listed. The BTA Traditional NSP is the same set of remedy recommendations that were in Version 4. The BTA Traditional NSP (Canadian) list contains products which are available in Canada, and the Generic list contains remedies which are not specific to the Nature's Sunshine Product line.

Each Recommendation Guide contains a list of products for each of objectives identified by the software. In other words, each Guide would have a different set of remedy recommendations for Adrenal Support and a set for Kidney Support, etc. You can switch between Guides at any time and build a Remedy Plan containing products selected from any and all Guides. There will be more Recommendation Guides available in the future with products from other companies that you may choose to download and install.

3. The remedy plan has been expanded so that you can add individual instructions to each remedy. These instructions (or notes) can be added to any remedy in the product database. Whenever that remedy is included in a plan, the instructions will be automatically included. You can also click in the Instructions text box and type anything you want to customize it for the specific plan you are working on.

The remedy plan part of the report will expand to include all the notes and remedies. If it will not fit on the first page of the report, then the remedy plan section of the first page will move to the second page. In other words... you can't run out of room.

4. A complete set of reference documentation including all Evaluation text is available in the software. You can read any topic at any time. There are also hyper-links in the analysis screens so that you can click on a term and jump to the topic on that subject.

The image at right shows the English language documents that are included with the Evaluation software. When you click on a document, the sections in the document appear in the lower list. You can select any section to read the text.

Portions of the documentation are in Spanish. You can also choose to print a Spanish version of the report (Evaluation text and Remedy plan sections only)

5. A new Simplified Biological Terrain Analysis methodology has been incorporated. This is the same analysis that was lectured about at the Nature's Sunshine Conference in Florida last fall. You now can choose either the Version 4 analysis style or the new Simplified analysis on any test. In fact, you can flip back and forth between them to see the differences in recommendations.

The Simplified analysis will have fewer overall recommendations since it focuses on a more basic interpretation of the test results.

6. The physiology chart has been redesigned to help practitioners avoid potentially dangerous inferences about disease or unhealthy organs. The charts now shows the Biological Terrain factors associated with each body organ and system.

A graph containing 3 bars is drawn for each organ or body system. The top bar represents r, the middle bar represents rH2 and the bottom bar represents pH. This gives you an additional level of information about the relationship between the Biological Terrain tests and the organs and systems.

7. The history chart has been redesigned so that it shows each previous test in the Relative Bar Chart style. Up to 15 previous tests may be shown on a single page. The new style makes it easier to identify trends over the test histories.

Note the image at right shows random test values.

8. A true print preview has been implemented which allows you to review all pages of the report before printing. It also allows you to select any range of pages to be printed.

You can zoom in to see as much detail as desired on any page. You can also choose to export the report as a PDF file so that it can be emailed to a client.

9. The software no longer automatically fills the remedy plan for you. Instead, a new screen is provided which displays the recommendations. The practitioner chooses remedies to be added to their plan. The objectives produced by the analysis are shown on this screen with their ranking to help the practitioner make the most effective choices.
